Sr. Business Development Associate (Sales)
As a Senior Business Development Associate for our digital agency, you will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to define sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage sales pipeline.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open for fresh graduates with sales experience gained through internship but candidates with 1-2 years of Sales and Business Development experience and a strong understanding of Sales Pipeline Management will be prioritized.
